2/3s Fill Out Project Proposals
The 2/3s started their first art project by looking at the Earth Art Movement. After learning some art history facts and looking at some of the most famous Earth Works each student came up with an idea for creating their own Earth Work. They scouted locations outside and made sketches of their ideas in those locations. As a final draft each student (or group of students if they worked in a group) drafted a project proposal to present to the class. Once they finished their proposals and presentations we did an anonymous vote in both sections of the 2/3s to narrow down the ideas to two (one from each section). On Thursday we voted between the ideas and chose our final project idea. Starting on Monday the 2/3s will be working together to construct their Earth Work!
